  3. Operator :- One Operator is essential for operating flex printing machine. 
  4. CPU, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse :- You Required a High Specification of CPU and Monitor (if not given by machine dealer) one keyboard and one mouse for the solvent printer.
  5. Moisture Controller :- you need an Moisture Controller to control the moisture of the room.
  6. Air Compressor tank :- You need one Air Compressor tank also.
  7. UV Machines need fully packed room. sun light not allow in that room

What is UV Roll to Roll Printer


UV Roll to Roll is a type of Eco Solvent Printer but is used UV inks for printing and UV Lamps for dry the inks thats why it give much batter quality as we compare it to eco solvent printer. every media which are in the form of rolls are used to print on UV roll to roll  printer. like - Vinyl, Backlight, canvas, fabric etc. Most of the roll type media comes default white color due to this in roll to roll UV printer there are no use of white color. This is also work on basic four color yellow, Magenta, Cyan and black additional varnish added for emboss printing. The Most Popular Printhead used in UV Roll to Roll printer is DX5 but you can purchase it also with Recoh Heads. Its Gives you speed of 80 sqft/hr on single head and 160 sqft/hr on double head. This Machine is available in many size the most common size is 6 feet but you can also buy it in 10 feet and 8 feet.
